Job Title: Purchasing Agent

Job Type: Onsite

Location: Ashland, WI

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Purchasing Agent to help strengthen and improve our purchasing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is someone who isn’t afraid to create structure, build efficiencies, and take ownership. This role will develop strong vendor relationships, improve purchasing and inventory practices, and find the right balance between product quality, availability, and healthy margins.

  • Build strong, productive relationships with key suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and purchasing agreements
  • Improve purchasing, inventory, and material planning processes
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins
  • Work with vendors and our internal teams to improve product quality
  • Develop better systems, processes, and accountability around purchasing
  • Help identify new suppliers, materials, and sourcing opportunities

Qualifications:

  • History of academic and professional success
  • Ability to work onsite in Ashland, WI


Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am – 4:30pm
